Clean hotel and incredibly comfortable rooms. Superfriendly, amicable people working here. A wide range of delicious food. The pool area is well-maintained too. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Marvellous setting, very close to the garden and the main restaurant.

For a 5 star hotel everything was great, I really enjoyed to be here. My a double room was available with a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control. The location was amazing, short walk to Marsa Alam and the main restaurant and the beach.

I stayed at Lazuli Hotel for 9 days and truly enjoyed my time there. The hotel was clean and had a stunning location away from the garden. The employees were exceptional and friendly. The breakfast offered a variety of appetizing meals. The property was conveniently located close to the main restaurant, the beach, and Egypt.

Stayed here for 9 days, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with amazing and marvellous location on the beach. The property staff was good, they all greeted us. Location: the hotel was very close to the garden and the main restaurant and the sea.

The hotel is a great base for exploring El Qoseir. The beds are comfy and there is climate control in the rooms. Each room has a private safe and multi-channel TV. The location is very close to the sea, the main restaurant, and Marsa Alam. It's also away from the garden.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. There was a bathtub, a plus for me. The staffs were exceptional & great.

We enjoyed our stay at a hotel that had friendly and caring staff. Our room had a lovely design and was very tranquil. We also appreciated that the hotel didn't have massive shows or a nearby mosque. The food was clean and there were many options to choose from, including a barbecue. The pools and beach were amazing, with clean waters and great snorkelling. The spinache was outstanding and the chef catered for the many guests.

The cleaning crew could have done a better job on the windows and floors. We also had a negative experience at the spa with a poorly trained therapist and a salesperson who overcharged us and ignored our complaints.

Nestled on the serene coastline, this resort offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Rooms facing away from the garden guarantee absolute tranquility. The staff is friendly and helpful, serving herbal drinks to the ailing. The bed is comfortable with fluffy pillows and dark curtains. Breakfast is good, with a lot to choose from. The pool and facilities are well-maintained.

The spa services were not up to the mark.

The pools and beach were amazing, with great snorkelling. The staff were polite and attentive, especially the animation team. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable.
